Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading and managing the customer service function within the insurance business stream to deliver excellent customer experience, ensure service quality, and support policy administration, claims coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service And Front Desk Operation
- Credit control and Payment Management
- Retention and Premium Target Monitoring
- Product Upselling and Revenue Growth
- Training, Coaching and Team Development
- Strategic planning and Service enhancement
- Oversee daily customer service operations including policy enquiries, endorsements, renewals, and claims coordination.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, review, and improve customer service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer communications and ensure accurate and consistent information is provided.
- Support system enhancements, digital initiatives, and process automation related to customer service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum **5-8 years of experience** in customer service within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of insurance products, policy administration
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and customer service / policy administration systems.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
