Handle daily accounting entries and prepare financial documents such as Proforma Invoices, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes.
- Match supplier invoices with Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO); key in Purchase Invoices.
- Prepare monthly payments for creditors, hire purchase, utilities, transport, and staff claims.
- Follow up on payments and send reminders to customers when necessary.
- Update monthly reports such as sales performance, stationery/groceries usage, and prospect records.
- Maintain staff leave, attendance records, and manage cleaner schedule.
- Organize and file accounting and administrative documents.
- Manage logistics for shipments and maintain proper inventory records (physical and digital).
- Support marketing efforts including social media updates and festive greetings.
- Prepare quotations and purchase orders as required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
