Monitor the route and assign pickup and delivery order to dispatch driver
- Provide customer information about orders to dispatch driver. Such as traffic, obstacles, required equipment and shipments volumes
- Monitor pickup status updated by branch before end of day
- Received call & updates from Sales or CS team to make sure information deliver to dispatch driver and record in the system
**Job Requirements**
- Preferable working experience as traffic controller/customer service
- Required skill(s): Literate in basic computer and IT skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, problem-solving skill and committed to meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication with the ability to interact well at all levels

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,400.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
