Customer Service Executive

We are looking for **Customer Service Executives** who are passionate about helping customers and delivering excellent service. You’ll be the voice of our client’s brand, assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and support over the phone (inbound & outbound).
- Handling all inbound and outbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the client’s products
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- To perform any other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- High proficiency in Multi language (ENG & BM) all in written and communication level.
- Team playing skills with strong customer orientation.
- Strong communication.
- Problem solvers and ability to perform under high paced working environment.
- Self-motivation, highly energetic, outgoing character, and willingness to explore self-potential in different area.
- Have an experience is customer service at least 6 months is a plus point.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,750.00 per month
