**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to verify details for Home Appliances orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a high volume of incoming inquiries regarding our products and services with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, including call logs, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Achieve both personal and team targets for customer service and call handling.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, providing timely solutions and ensuring follow-up for complete resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to thrive in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English and Malay are essential. Able to speak **Mandarin** is an advantage.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Patient and empathetic, with strong listening skills and situational awareness.
- Ability to adapt to change swiftly while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
