- Malaysian only (18-35 years old)
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Willingness to work late/on shift as or when required
- Able to communicate well in both English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Have own transport

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to inbound calls coming in a more professional manner
- Provide information about product and services as required by the customer
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints and provide appropriate resolution services
- Liaise with technical team on quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
- Provide excellent services to all our customers at all times
