Documentation Specialist

Responsibilities:

- 1. Do product Notification (NOT) with NPRA for existing and new product.

2. Check the appropriateness of info on new product artwork.

3. Do or renew token.

4. Assist QC Executive in preparing document control including ISO, GMP and Halal certification

5. Involve in audit

6. Ensure documents are updated periodically and consistently

7. Other task assigned by superior

**Requirements**:

- 1. Have at least Diploma in related field

2. High proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

3. Good communication skills in English both writing and speaking

4. Able to give attention to details

5. Familiar with ISO, GMP and Halal requirements

6. Familiar with regulatory agencies

7. Familiar with cosmetic related regulations, Ingredients and documentation.

8. Can work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
