About the role

WINTERGREEN UPHOLSTERY SDN. BHD.' is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in Muar District Johor. As a full-time Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Job Description

  2. Follow up with clients on orders to ensure timely updates and smooth delivery processes

  3. Maintain strong communication with customers and address any inquiries or issues promptly
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to track production and delivery timelines
  5. Build and maintain good relationships
  6. Prepare and update order records, reports, and necessary documentation
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and professional service
  8. Able to communicate clearly, articulately, and persuasively

Specialized Industry Knowledge:

- Familiarity with the finished sofa and furniture industry

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications or Marketing Communications industry
  2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, content creation, and digital marketing
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  4. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance
  5. Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  7. Familiarity with the Muar District Johor market and the upholstery industry is a plus
