Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in developing and executing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales performance. This position combines creativity and analytical skills to ensure effective campaign execution, optimized performance across digital platforms, and a strong brand presence in the e-commerce market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns: Implement strategies across social media and e-commerce platforms to drive brand visibility, traffic, and sales performance.
  • Maintain and strengthen brand presence: Oversee the brand's representation on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada, ensuring product accuracy and consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with KOLs, KOCs, and influencers: Create engaging and impactful content that enhances brand awareness and encourages customer engagement and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns: Handle TikTok, Meta, and Shopee Ads with continuous performance analysis to improve targeting, reach, and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance and market trends: Prepare analytical reports and actionable insights to refine and elevate future marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Language proficiency: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and target audiences. Mandarin fluency is highly required and considered a mandatory qualification.
  • Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field, with a strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
  • Professional Experience: At least 6 months of hands-on experience in digital marketing, online marketing, or a related field, preferably within e-commerce or consumer goods industries.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of social media management, influencer/KOL marketing, E-Commerce operations and online advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Shopee Ads.
  • Creative Mindset: Able to transform insights into impactful ideas. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of planning, executing, and evaluating marketing initiatives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
