**Position Overview**

As a Customer Experience & Sales Representative, you will be at the heart of customer interactions - providing professional, consultative experience that addresses all segments of corporations in KL / Klang Valley. You will engage directly with inbound leads, assessing their interests and offering thoughtful solutions that showcase our commitment to helping their businesses succeed. You will need to deliver quick, effective resolutions to inquiries, RFQ’s and tenders ensuring that each interaction leaves clients feeling supported and valued.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Lead Qualification**_
- Assess inbound leads to determine their interest, intent, and fit with our offerings. Using established criteria, qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team for further engagement.
- **Inbound Lead Engagement**_
- **Customer Service and Issue Resolution**_
- Serve customers by delivering product and service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems on the first interaction wherever possible.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and offer alternatives within set time limits to ensure a positive experience and resolution for each customer interaction.
- **Pipeline Management**_
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM system. Regularly report on lead quality, conversion rates, and other pipeline metrics to support sales management in tracking progress.
- **Ensuring Customer’s Success With After Sales**_
- Be the first point of contact for customers needing support and ensuring customers are fully onboarded and know what to expect when purchasing from us. Perform regular servicing calls to gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen relationships.
- **Sales Strategy & Client Expansion**_

Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and explore ways to expand our footprint within their businesses. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service, sales or lead generation a plus.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections, handle issues & relationship building.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Detailed and meticulous in updating database and maintaining CRM systems and other sales-related software.

**Working Hours**: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-1pm

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
