**About the Role**:
The **Customer Experience & Operations Specialist** will be key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional customer support.

In this **comm-based role**, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery.

If you’re a problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and a passion for customer service, we’d love to have you on board.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction at all touchpoints.
- **Logistics Management**: Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Identify and implement improvements to optimize the customer journey, addressing bottlenecks and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the Marketing Lead and Sales & Outreach Specialist to ensure operations align with promotional efforts and business goals.
- **Feedback Management**: Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to continuously improve products and services.
- Background in customer service, e-commerce, or logistics management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to work independently.
- Empathetic, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Highly self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working flexibly in a remote environment.
- A passion for Korean culture and familiarity with the Korean market is a plus.
