Perform data entries, prepare and handle day to day operational activities for AR, AP & GL functions
- Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes
- Prepare monthly AR & AP report
- Process claims and reimbursements
- Handling payment vouchers, payments and bank statements
- Perform petty cash disbursement and re-imbursement
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Reconcile vendor’s statement of accounts and process payment to vendor
- Provide support to Finance Team in any ad hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Minimum O/SPM Level qualifications with at least 1 year of working experience
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent, mature and has strong sense of responsibility
- Positive work attitude and a good team player who is hands-on and meticulous in his / her work
- Able to multi-task
- Able to commence work on short notice
- Based in Johor Bahru

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:
