1. Bookkeeping

  • Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, expenses)
  • Maintain general ledger entries
  • Reconcile bank statements and e-wallets (e.g., Touch 'n Go, GrabPay)
  • Organize receipts and supporting documents for audit readines

2. Full Set of Accounts

  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
  • Handle accruals, prepayments, and depreciation
  • Maintain fixed asset register

3. Payroll & Statutory Contributions

  • Calculate monthly salaries, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB
  • Prepare payslips and payment summaries
  • Submit statutory filings (e.g., via iPerkeso, e-CP39)

4. Tax & SST/GST Compliance

  • Prepare SST returns (Malaysia) and GST (if applicable in Singapore)
  • Liaise with LHDN, IRAS, and tax agents
  • Ensure timely submission of tax filings and payments

5. Invoicing & Payment Tracking

  • Issue invoices to clients
  • Track receivables and follow up on overdue payments
  • Record supplier invoices and manage payables

6. Audit & Company Secretary Support

  • Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents
  • Liaise with auditors and company secretary for annual filings
  • Maintain proper filing of financial records

7. Software & Systems

  • Xero, or Excel
  • Maintain digital records and backups
  • Ensure data accuracy and version control

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
