About the role

Delsson Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., a leading manufacturer of adhesive tapes, is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the company's accounts and administration, playing a vital part in ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in day to day accounting duties.
  • Ensure accurate posting into SAP system
  • Generate monthly SOA to customers and perform AR duties
  • Perform AP duties, arrange payments to vendors
  • Perform payrolls duties for 15 staffs.
  • Perform bank transactions and reconciliation duties.
  • Assist plant manager in office purchase and administrative duties.
  • Training provided for progressive induction to SAP Business Solution Software

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable/credit control role, preferably in the accounting/finance services industry
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenging situations
