We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design and build business operations, with experience in company account management and proficiency in AutoCount accounting software.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare financial reports, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing accounts.
  • Monitor project-related financial transactions and maintain proper project cost records.
  • Assist in preparing project claims, invoices, and payment certifications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to company accounts and financial documentation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or design and build industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCount accounting software.
  • Knowledge of project-based accounting will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
