Job Description:

As an Account Executive, you will execute the day-to-day Account/Finance operations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all payment and necessary accounting tasks and duties are completed at the highest quality standards.

  • Handle full sets account.
  • Assist in daily accounting operations (e.g. invoice processing, payment vouchers, receipts).
  • Handle e-Invoice submission and ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Follow up on customer and supplier payments.
  • Assist in preparing financial documents and simple  accounting listings.
  • Support with month-end closing tasks.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HOD on time.
  • Ensure accuracy in all financial entries — must be sensitive to numbers.
  • Adhoc tasks as necessarily required.

Requirements:

  • SPM/ Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of full sets accounting experience.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AutoCount or e-Invoice platform is a must or any relevant Accounting system is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin and basic English.
  • A strong passion for accounting field.
