Job Descriptions:

  • Handle full set of accounts, general ledger, monthly reconciliation of debtor/creditors
  • Prepare and ensure timely monthly accounting closing and preparation of financial and management report
  • Prepare journal for provision, accruals, and charge out before month-end closing of management reporting.
  • Prepare monthly inter-company reconciliation
  • To prepare monthly audit and tax schedules.
  • To process month-end closing tasks.
  • Support any compliance audits and respond to audit queries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports, and various analysis reports for relevant parties.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in accounting or equivalent accounting qualifications i.e. part ACCA, or graduate in accounting related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and with knowledge of any accounting system.
  • Preferably with a least 4-5 years of working experience
  • Meticulous with figures
