**Position Overview**:
**Overview of the Position**:
This role is to manage all aspects of event planning and execution by ensuring a

seamless experience for attendees.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Event Planning: Develop and execute event plans and timelines,

coordinating with operation team according to the Master Schedule.

Ensure and confirm date, venue and vendors for all events and activities

at least 2 months in advance or event date.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams,

including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure all aspects of the

event align with company goals.
- Marketing and Promotion: Organize and publicize all recruitment

support activities before new campaigns are announced, to attract new

recruits. Ensure event related communication across all media is current,

correct and delivered within agreed timeframe.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee all logístical aspects of events, including

setup, breakdown, and on-site management.

**Requirement**:

- Possess at least a Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, or a related

field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event planning or management. Experience in a similar role is added advantage.
- Proficient in both verbal and written in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

- Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision making skills

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs (On event days only)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
