Sales Executive

**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be involved in market research, competitor analysis, and forecasting sales trends. You will be responsible for selling booths, and sponsorship opportunities.
**Key Accountability**
- Responsible for planning and executing projects that support the growth of KL International Beauty Week products. This includes strategy, sales & marketing, project management, research and creative management.
- Proven sales experience in the events or publishing industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Attend negotiations/discussions with clients / key stakeholders
- Good relationship with beauty and lifestyle brands.
- Grow / Introduce new business development and non-traditional advertisers
- Knowledge in Digital advertising and marketing.
- Experience in events, and booth/exhibition sales.
- Must be able to produce engaging and attractive sales deck on powerpoint.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, project management, problem-solving & communication skills
- Self-motivated, initiative, able to work independently as well as in a team
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
