A Sales and Marketing Executive drives business growth by creating and executing strategies to attract clients, generate leads, and close deals, involving market research, campaign management (digital/social), sales presentations, client relationship building, and tracking performance to meet targets, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing plans, identify new business opportunities, and research market/competitor trends.
  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels (cold calls, networking, referrals), conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Campaign Management: Create and manage marketing materials, run digital/social media campaigns, and organize promotional events/exhibitions.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, address inquiries, handle complaints, and gather feedback.
  • Reporting: Track sales data, analyze campaign performance, and prepare regular reports for management.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven background in sales and marketing roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written/verbal), negotiation, interpersonal, leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attributes: Results-driven, organized, able to work under pressure, and adaptable in team or independent settings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM RM1,700.00 per month
