Job Description:

. Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

· Identify potential markets, develop plans, and enter new markets to secure projects.

· Prepare proposals, quotations, and proforma invoices for prospective customers.

· Participate actively in various sales and marketing activities to effectively promote the company's brand and products.

· Minimize company costs while maximizing profits through continuous monthly improvements. Contribute information to Marketing Manager so 7P (Product / Price / Promotion / Place / People / Process / Physical Evidence) can be identified in the market.

· Ensure collaboration within the team and promote teamwork.

· Identify any issues that arise and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using the appropriate methods, without additional cost to the company.

· Meet up with potential clients/customers to gather detailed order briefs and clarify specific project requirements with transparency.

· Complete weekly sales pipeline and prepare monthly sales reports to the direct superior.

· Key in all contacts on a daily basis into the google form and safekeep company's tangible and intangible assets.

· Monitor and analyze project performance to ensure the successful completion of both short-term and long-term goals.

· Maintain and organize the showroom to ensure it is always in excellent condition

· Attend weekly internal meetings (Monday) with contribution to the team.

· To assist Sales Executive/ Manager in making appointments and market analysis report.

· All expressed and complied duty required by superior or company.

Job Specification :

· 2 years of experience and expertise in sales (Contacts with interior designers and architects will be an advantage).

· A diploma/ degree holder with relevant experience in the field.

· Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to take on challenges and new opportunities.

· Detail-oriented, analytical, able to multitask, and work independently.

· Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.

· Strong ability to delegate tasks effectively.

· Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in both written and spoken communication.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

· Provide data analysis and conduct market research to support the sales team.

· Proficient in written and spoken English, Malay, and Mandarin.
