About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile team player to join our company. This position is central to managing our social media presence and content creation, while also providing crucial support to our sales, warehouse, and daily office operations. This is a dynamic role ideal for a hands-on individual who thrives on variety, is not afraid of administrative and physical tasks, and enjoys seeing the direct impact of their work across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Content Creation (60%)

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Channel).
  • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Independently create high-quality video content (short videos, product demos) and graphic design materials (posters, banners).
  • Monitor social media analytics, generate regular performance reports, and propose data-driven optimization strategies.

2. Sales & Warehouse Support (30%)

  • Assist the sales team with warehouse duties, including receiving goods, picking orders, packing, and dispatching shipments.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Liaise with logistics partners as required.

3. Administrative & Office Support (10%)

  • Handle front desk duties, including greeting and receiving clients.
  • Coordinate the routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of company vehicles.
  • Ensure the general tidiness and cleanliness of common office areas.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Must possess a valid Malaysian driver's license (CDL).
  • Proficiency in at least one mainstream video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • A proactive, responsible, and resourceful attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willing and able to perform light physical work as part of warehouse duties.
