Stylesense Solutions Sdn Bhd, led by Puan Mary, is a dynamic company specializing in skincare, beauty and image education, digital content, and brand collaborations. We are seeking a passionate and proactive intern to support our founder and management team in day-to-day operations.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant Intern to assist Puan Mary with daily administrative and operational tasks. This internship is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in office management, communication, and executive-level operations.

You will work closely with the founder and gain real exposure to business decision-making, content production, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Puan Mary with daily administrative tasks
  • Manage calendars, appointments, schedules, and reminders
  • Coordinate communication: email, WhatsApp, clients, and internal team
  • Support content creation workflow (meetings, planning, basic research)
  • Assist in event coordination and logistics when needed
  • Handle small operational tasks (arrangements, follow-ups, reminders)
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
  • Perform any additional support tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Diploma/Degree program in:Business Administration, Office Management, Management, Corporate Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable, responsible, and professional
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
