What You'll Do

As part of the Marketing team, you'll work closely with professionals in the ICT industry to support marketing and communication efforts. Your key responsibilities include:

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing online campaigns across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports (CTR, engagement rates, etc.).
  • Keep up with digital marketing trends and share new ideas with the team.

Content Creation & Coordination

  • Create and edit marketing materials including blog posts, visuals, and email newsletters.
  • Support website and landing page updates with fresh, relevant content.

Social Media Management

  • Help schedule and publish social media posts.
  • Track and respond to audience engagement under supervision.

Email Marketing

  • Assist in designing and sending email campaigns via Brevo.
  • Maintain and organize mailing lists for different campaign segments.

Market Research

  • Conduct research on IT and digital marketing trends.
  • Gather insights on competitors and potential market opportunities.

Event & Webinar Support

  • Assist in planning and promoting webinars, product launches, and tech-related events.
  • Coordinate event logistics and post-event communications.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Use tools like Google Analytics and Bitrix24 to collect and organize campaign data.
  • Support in analyzing campaign results and preparing performance summaries.

Who We're Looking For

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and content tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Able to multitask and work in a tech-driven, fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Exposure to tools like Google Ads, Brevo, HubSpot, or Bitrix24.
  • A genuine interest in technology and IT solutions.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
