Role Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Assistant Sales Manager to serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing parents. You will play a critical role in promoting our center, converting enquiries into enrollments, and ensuring high satisfaction among our parents.

Salary: MYR 3, MYR 3,200.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Sales Team
  • Drive revenue by identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deal
  • Mentor, guide, and support less experienced sales team member
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed target
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales.
  • Attractive Personal Commision and Override Commision
  • Attractive salary package and performance commision
  • 5 Years of Experience in Sales
  • 3 Years Supervisor in Leading Sales Team
  • Moderate travelling within Klang Valley
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in written English – especially for messaging, email, and reports.
  • Any experience
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM3,200.00 per month
