Job Summary :

This role involves driving technical sales and business development efforts across a range of high-value

monitoring systems and solutions for industrial applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate

about customer engagement, technical consultation, and expanding market presence. This position

offers a basic salary plus commission/incentive based on project and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle technical sales inquiries and provide suitable solutions to clients.

Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant industries.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including training and site visits.

Coordinate and support project execution and client communication.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities.

Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements :

Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.

2–5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or business development.

Experience in Condition-Based Monitoring (Electrical/Mechanical) is preferred.

Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable, confident, and able to engage effectively with clients at all levels.

Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.
