- Maintain a strong focus on end-to-end sales activities encompassing prospecting, sales presentations, sales closing, follow-through on sales administration, and after-sales service
- Retain and grow the existing customer base through account management, upselling, and contract renewal strategies.
- Effectively execute the implementation of best practices, policies and procedures to enhance the overall sales performance
- Execute sales and marketing strategies efficiently to successfully attain the Company’s sales targets
- Assist in the preparation and review of weekly sales and progress reports for management and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote cleaning services to target sectors.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales goals, including digital and offline marketing related to cleaning services.
- Conduct competitor analysis and customer feedback surveys to enhance value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and sales tools.
- Conduct detailed market research to understand client needs, trends, and untapped market segments.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Track and analyze industry trends, regulations, and service innovations.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery performance.
- Work closely with the Operations and Admin teams to align sales promises with service delivery.
- Assist in pricing strategies and costing analysis for cleaning service proposals.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by Superiors or Directors
- Requirements_
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the cleaning services, facilities management, or related industry.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and account retention.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Open to both full-time and freelance arrangements — applicants who prefer to work on a freelance or project basis are encouraged to apply.
