Assist the Marketing Manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities.
- Assist with the production of marketing materials and literature including the preparation of all POSM (Point of Sales Marketing) for all outlets.
- Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communication.
- Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
- Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.
- Preparing interesting written copy for the website and other marketing collaterals.
- Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites.
- Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and database.
- Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials.
- Support the Marketing team in the planning and execution of all marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Manage all external agencies to ensure execution of marketing projects are as per requirements and aligned with brand CI.
- Brief Operation team on promotion details and help to solve issues raised by Operation team.
- Manage the tracking and analysis of campaign/promotion results and provide actionable recommendation to the Marketing team and management.
- Manage the Company’s e-commerce platforms including marketing activities, order fulfillment and customer inquiries/feedback.
- Maintain good relationships with brand partners and proactively explore opportunities for collaboration.
- Regularly maintain and update marketing database and documentations.
- Manage any other marketing activities arising from time to time.

**Key Requirements**
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent.
- Have at least two (2) years working experience in the Marketing field. Fresh graduates majoring in Marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Dedicated, proactive, responsible, and result oriented.
- Pleasant disposition, self-motivator, a team player, and able to work under pressure.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
- Maintains confidentiality of all Company’s trade secrets.
- Meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong PC skills including good knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
- Fluent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
