If so, we want you to join our team as a Marketing and Communications Executive within our Advertisement and Promotion division.

**Job description**
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns with internal and external parties to ensure they align with brand objectives, schedules, and guidelines.
- Prepare campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Plan, manage, and execute brand social media platforms, focusing on results-driven activations in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Create and curate engaging content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Prepare accurate reports on brand digital platforms' performance, as well as competitor activations, for weekly marketing reports.
- Utilize data insights to make informed recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Collaborate closely with photographers and the in-house creative team to develop collaterals that resonate with the brand's messaging across all platforms.
- Create basic designs using tools like Canva and Adobe as needed.
- Ensure that all proposals are delivered on time and meet the specified requirements.
- Obtain approvals for both visual concepts and quotations to move forward with campaigns.
- Work collaboratively within a team to support events and campaigns within the HABIB Group.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt to various marketing projects and initiatives.

**Job requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on advertising and promotions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe for basic design work.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to work on various events and campaigns within the HABIB Group.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
