Assist ensure standards of cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas and service areas are met daily inspections of these areas being carried out.
- To assist overall by maintaining standards to ensure the correct safe use of chemical & equipment, security of and maintenance of furnishings, facilities and equipment’s are clean in good repair and well maintained.
- To prepare effective and efficient work schedule for housekeeping staff by arranging holiday and vacation, taking into consideration projected occupancy and forecast and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrival or departures.
- To assist conduct daily department briefings to include a review of procedures and event which warrants special handling and detailed information.
- To assist communicates with the Front Office department on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operation.
- To assist maintain hands on frontline presence within the department.
- To assist overtime wages are kept to a minimum based on hotel occupancy whilst ensuring the highest possible level of service to the guest of the hotel and highest level of productivity of staff.
- To assist all stock/ linen level and usage are effectively cost efficiently controlled.
- To assist control use of condemned linen, recycling/seeing where possible.
- To assist complete monthly stock takes of linen, suppliers and uniforms.
- To assist control breakages, damages and ensure proper detailed recording.
- To assist control issue of uniforms.
- To assist control quality of housekeeping services to ensure customer needs and standards are met.
- To ensure hotel property is not damage by staff.
- To ensure all damaged of faulty hotel assets and potential problems are reported to the Maintenance Department as soon as noticed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
