In this role, you will play a key part in managing our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Management**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance as needed.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing in-depth analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor budget performance and variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and generate comprehensive financial reports and analysis to support senior management in assessing performance and making strategic decisions.

**Tax Compliance**:

- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities, managing audit processes and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in financial procedures and systems, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position, preferably in a corporate setting.
