Job Description: Receptionist
**Location**: Isfahan Hammam & Spa, MyTOWN Shopping Centre
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome guests with a professional, friendly, and attentive attitude, ensuring they feel valued and relaxed upon arrival.
- Schedule and confirm spa appointments efficiently using the spa’s booking system.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
- Upsell spa packages, retail products, and promotions to maximize revenue.
- Maintain knowledge of all spa services, treatments, and promotions to confidently assist guests.
- Ensure the reception area is kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide administrative support to management, including daily reports and client feedback.
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 2 years’ experience** in customer service, reception, or hospitality (spa or wellness industry is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming personality.
- Proficiency in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an advantage).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with booking systems or POS systems.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and excellent telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle high guest volume.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
