Scope of Responsibility:
HR
- Responsible to support on overall program and performance of the department.
- Responsible on full spectrum of HR function including recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, staff welfare and payroll administrative.
- Develop, review and implement company HR policies, procedures and guidelines to meet the company’s strategic goal and objective.
- Promote staff development and ensure high working efficiency of the HR & Admin Unit.
- Develops and implement Succession Planning Programme, Performance Improvement Plan Policies, and Learning and Development strategies for employees.
- Review functional department objectives and work together with Head of Division in developing, maintaining and executing HR services programs and initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Provide advice, guidance and support on department matters to the Head of Division.
- Develop appropriate compensation and reward strategies in order to attract and retain high quality employees in order to meet the companies and HR needs.
- Coordinate manpower planning to meet the needs and manage hiring activities.
- Responsible as a focal point of communication with local authorities related to human resources functions.
- Undertake HR related tasks as and when assigned by the management and the superior in the interest of TDA.
Admin
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage budget preparation and expenses tracking for administrative functions.
- Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
