Position: Live Host / Content Creator

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a live host's to present products or services during live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok and Shopee, engaging with audiences, answering questions, and driving sales through interactive content and promotions. Key responsibilities include content planning and preparation, product demonstration, real-time audience interaction, sales promotion, and performance monitoring, often requiring strong communication skills, confidence in front of a camera, and a creative, engaging personality. Key Responsibilities
- **Content Creation**: Plan and create engaging scripts and content for live streaming sessions.
- **Product Presentation**: Introduce, demonstrate, and showcase products or services in an entertaining and professional manner during the live stream.
- **Audience Engagement**: Interact with viewers in real-time, respond to comments and questions, and create interactive activities to keep them involved.
- **Sales Generation**: Proactively encourage viewers to purchase products, drive online sales, and meet sales targets.
- **Technical Management**: Host and manage the live streaming session, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for the audience.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor viewer feedback, track session performance, and make improvements for future broadcasts.
- **Collaboration**: Work with marketing and sales teams to align live content with overall brand and sales strategies.

Key Skills and Qualities
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying product information and engaging with the audience.
- **Confidence & Personality**: A confident, energetic, and engaging personality is crucial for holding viewers' attention.
- **Sales Acumen**: An understanding of sales and marketing principles is beneficial for driving product adoption and purchases.
- **Adaptability**: The ability to be flexible, adapt to changing situations, and respond effectively to unexpected questions or comments during a live session.
- **Interactivity**: A knack for creating interactive activities, challenges, or giveaways to boost viewer participation.

Typical Requirements
- **Experience**: Experience in live hosting, content creation, or social media marketing is often a plus, though some roles welcome fresh graduates.
- **Platform Familiarity**: Familiarity with e-commerce and social media platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada is advantageous.
- **Availability**: A consistent and stable attendance record for scheduled live sessions, sometimes involving shifts.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
