**Requirements**
- Fresh graduates from diploma / related field or Tourism & Hospitality who are interested to start their career
- Or minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position
- Require Language(s) (write, read & speak) - English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia (Optional)
- Good follow up skill and highly attentive to enquiry
- Comfortable working with computer and mobile phone in long hour
- Basic computer skill (Outlook, excel, Words and PowerPoint)

**Responsibility**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations.
- Manage changes and cancellations to existing reservations.
- Ensure availability and pricing information is current and accurate.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist clients in selecting options and making informed decisions based on their needs.
- Handle special requests and accommodations with attention to detail.
- Follow up with clients to confirm details and provide necessary information.
- Prepare and distribute reservation confirmations, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- Address and resolve booking discrepancies or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments or vendors to ensure a smooth resolution of client concerns.
