**Job Summary**:
The Reservation Agent is responsible for managing guest reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. This role requires attention to detail and effective communication skills to meet the needs of our guests and contribute to the hotel's overall success.
- Accurately input and manage reservations in the hotel’s property management system (Opera).
- Provide information about room types, rates, and hotel amenities to guests.
- Assist with group bookings and special requests.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Process changes and cancellations in a timely manner.
- Monitor room availability and manage overbooking situations.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns.
- Stay updated on hotel policies, rates, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.

**Job Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Malaysian citizenship or possession of a valid spouse visa.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
