- Key Responsibilities
- Creates detailed proposals and quotes.
- Communicates with existing customers and manages accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To passionately provide customer service through good rapport and relationships including understanding and qualifying of requirements, technical recommendations, issue resolutions and support.
- To proactively build existing business and generate new business opportunities.
- To ensure the meeting of sales target and closing of sales in a professional and effective manner.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales person.- Knowledge and business development experience in logistics will be an added advantage.
- Experience dealing with and selling to small level to high level businesses.
- Possess high energy, success driven attitude, with proven ability to exceed sales goals.- Strong ability to make effective presentations, and skills to negotiating deals.
- Proven ability to prospect, add new leads, follow up, and close sales.
- Possess strong self-confidence, perseverance, detailed-oriented, organizational skills, and strong will to go the extra mile to achieving set goals.
- Excellent in using computer packages, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to create proposals, presentations, and other documents needed for effective marketing would be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess strong command of at least two of the following languages: Chinese, English, or Bahasa.
- Must be willing to travel and possess own transport.
- Remuneration
- Basic Salary - RM2,500 - RM2,800 or more depending on experience.
