We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and help promote and grow the Richiamo Coffee brand.

Position Overview

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in the execution and optimization of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to implement integrated campaigns across multiple channels, manage social media presence, monitor market trends, and execute brand initiatives that strengthen Richiamo Coffee’s position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, in-store, etc.) to support brand growth and business objectives.
- Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for Richiamo Coffee’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring brand consistency.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaigns.
- Promotions & Events: Support the planning and execution of in-store promotions, events, and product launches. Coordinate logistics, communication, and promotional materials for campaigns.
- Brand Management: Ensure that all marketing materials and communications are aligned with the brand's messaging and values, maintaining a consistent and professional brand image.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the sales, operations, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
- Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries to foster strong relationships with the brand’s audience.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to the Marketing Manager on campaign success, ROI, and key metrics.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all campaigns and projects are executed within the allocated budget.

**Requirements**:

- Education: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management tools, etc.).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing strategies.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
