**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain documentation and records related to safety, equipment, and warehouse operations.
- Process receipts, record transactions, and document details of all customer and supplier orders.
- Supervise incoming and outgoing deliveries/shipments and update stock records to ensure availability of items.
- Perform weighing of tankers, containers, and lorries in/out, ensuring compliance with the 0.5% weight variance limit.
- Record all truck weights in the internal database and regulate truck movement to avoid congestion in the warehouse.
- Carry out data entry, inventory management, and monthly stock reconciliation (SAP vs. physical count).
- Respond to purchase requests, maintain material supply for operations, and compile related purchasing documents (Invoice, GRN, GRPO, DO, PO) for approval and submission.
- Manage disposal requisitions: reconfirm quantity and SAP code, prepare DN if needed, and complete related filing.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
