**Job Title**:
**Robot Vacuum / Home Appliance Technician** (Full-Time)

**Location**:
5-01, Jalan Molek 1/9, Taman Molek, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta'zim

**Working Days & Hours**:
5.5 working days per week
10:00am - 7:00pm (1-hour meal break)
10:00am - 3:00pm (not entitled 1-hour meal bresk)
Off-days: Sunday & Public Holiday
**Working hours may be adjusted based on company operational needs. Flexibility is required.**

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled **Robot Vacuum / Home Appliance Technician**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and repair robot vacuums (Xiaomi, Roborock, Dreame, etc.)
- Repair home appliances such as vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, etc.
- Perform fault diagnostics, parts replacement, maintenance, and inspection
- Assist with admin tasks (repair job sheets, parts logging, etc.)
- Occasionally support front desk (customer communication/check-in)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in service center repair
- Experience with robot vacuum or small appliance repair preferred
- Experience with mobile phone/IT product repairs will also be considered
- Basic knowledge of electronics, PCB, and circuit testing
- Able to work independently and responsibly
- Willing to learn and grow with our team

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru (Johor Bahru): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- Robot Vacuum Repair: 3 years (required)
- Home Appliance Service: 3 years (required)
- Service Center: 2 years (required)
