Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Operations Assistant & Driver to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support for daily operations, logistics, and event execution, while also serving as the company director’s driver.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Operations & Logistics:

- Assist with daily operational tasks such as deliveries, pickups, and errands.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of items.
- Act as a runner for various tasks, ensuring smooth workflows.

2. Event Support:

- Help with event setup, coordination, and teardown.
- Transport and move equipment and supplies during events.
- Provide on-site support to ensure events are executed seamlessly.

3. Driving:

- Safely drive the company director to meetings, events, and other locations.
- Maintain the company vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
- Regularly inspect the vehicle to address any maintenance needs promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiar with local routes and able to navigate efficiently.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physically fit to assist with moving equipment and event setups.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
