Qc Inspector

Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and dimensional measurement; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Approve in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and dimensional measurement; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor or leader.
- Approve finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
- Document inspection results by completing inspection reports and check sheet; summarizing rework and waste; inputting data into quality database.
- Keep measuring equipment operating in good condition by following operating instructions; calling for repairs or reporting incident to supervisor or leader if equipment is found faulty.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Ensure nonconforming materials/ parts are properly identified and segregated by Production. Ensure part’s status is always clear at machining shop floor.
- Responsible to ensure product conformity across all shifts.
- Perform duties and responsibilities according to procedural requirements or work instructions.
- Maintain 5S at workplace.
