**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Strategic HR Business Partnering**
- Build trusted relationships with production and departmental heads to understand operational needs and manpower challenges.
- Translate business needs into HR solutions, policies, and action plans.
- Actively participate in daily production briefings, audits, and performance discussions as the HR liaison.

2. **Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning**
- Forecast short-term and long-term manpower needs by collaborating with operations and production planning.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for general workers, slaughtermen, QC inspectors, drivers, warehouse operators, and support staff.
- Manage sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for both local and foreign workers.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for foreign worker recruitment (e.g., work permits, medical checks, housing requirements).

3. **Employee Relations & Discipline**
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, complaints, and workplace conflicts.
- Handle disciplinary actions including issuance of show-cause letters, counselling sessions, warnings, and domestic inquiries.

4. **Employee Welfare & Engagement**
- Manage staff welfare initiatives such as hostels, transportation, uniform distribution, canteen feedback, etc.
- Coordinate staff engagement activities - festive programs, town halls, surveys, and appreciation events.
- Monitor and address workplace morale, absenteeism, and retention.

5. **Time Attendance, Leave & Shift Management**
- Oversee attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and overtime (OT) approvals using the HRIS or manual attendance systems.
- Ensure compliance with company rules for MC, emergency leave, shift rotation, rest days, and public holidays.
- Verify and validate time attendance reports for payroll cutoff.

6. **Training & Compliance**
- Conduct onboarding programs, safety inductions, and awareness briefings for new hires.
- Identify training needs based on gaps in skills, audit findings, and production errors.
- Coordinate technical, food safety (HACCP, GMP, HALAL), and behavioral trainings in collaboration with Training Coordinator.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain HRD Corp documentation and claim process.

7. **Legal Compliance & HR Documentation**
- Ensure HR operations comply with statutory regulations such as:

- **Employment Act 1955 (and amendments)**:

- **Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA)**:

- **Foreign Workers Regulations**:

- **JTK, DOSH, and MOH inspections**:

- Maintain accurate employee records including contracts, renewals, warnings, and resignation letters.
- Support HR audits and provide relevant documentation promptly.

8. **Performance Management**
- Assist in implementation of annual performance appraisals and mid-year reviews.
- Monitor employee KPIs in alignment with departmental objectives.
- Support managers in performance counselling and improvement plans.

9. **HR Reporting & Metrics**
- Generate monthly reports for:

- Headcount by department and nationality
- Turnover & attrition rates
- Absenteeism & late-in reporting
- Medical leave (MC) trends
- Warning letters issued
- Foreign worker expiry timelines
- Analyze data to propose improvements in workforce planning and engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
