1) POSITION : CIVIL ENGINEER (MALE & FEMALE)
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Possess Degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Fresh graduate also can apply.
- Experienced in infrastructure projects.
- Computer literate. - Knowledge of Autocad, Microsoft Project will be an added advantage.
- Have a D license.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Required language is English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Working on site and in an office.
- Must be able to read / understand construction drawing.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise and monitor construction projects in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Prepare project progress report.
2) POSITION : HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION (FEMALE)
AGE : 35 YEARS OLD ABOVE
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment standard.
- Good understanding of common HR practice.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to interact with people at all levels and work cohesively in a team with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality, proactive, self-motivated and able to multitask horizontally.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
- Assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
- Manage employee attendance, leave records and related HR documentation.
- Handle HR-related correspondence, memos, and official letters
- Support employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR events.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed.
General Administration
- Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and service provider coordination.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the HR/Admin department.
- Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and coordinate calendars.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Support the management team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
