- Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights for optimization.
- Budget Management: Work with the marketing team to allocate and manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives.
- Ad Campaigns: Conceptualize and design visuals for online advertising campaigns, collaborating with the marketing team for effective strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to align design with overall marketing objectives.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform design and marketing decisions.
- Multimedia production: Create multimedia content such as video, animations, and interactive graphics to enhance marketing campaigns.
- Website design and Optimization: Design and optimize website graphics and layout to enhance user experience and align with marketing goals.
- Deadline Management: Juggle multiple tasks and projects, meeting deadlines for both design and marketing initiatives.

**Job Requirement**
- Able to work independently, creatively and pro-actively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Willing to work in Shah Alam.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
