Graphic Designer

**Lead Monitoring & Reporting**
- Conduct daily monitoring of advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads to track lead performance.
- Prepare and update lead data systematically in Google Sheets for GrabCar and GrabFood, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for reporting and analysis.

**System & Database Management**
- Manage and keep updated digital systems including Zoho Form, Formstack, and Orderla for PSV Registration at Grab Hub Shah Alam.
- Ensure smooth flow of customer registrations, accurate data entry, and timely follow-ups.

**Social Media Content Development**
- Create, design, and update social media content materials (visuals, graphics, and copywriting) across multiple brands such as FGE Industry, Visioncar, Green Nomad, and Mysinar College International.
- Plan, schedule, and publish daily postings (feed and stories) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and company websites, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.

**Creative Media & Video Editing**
- Edit and produce engaging TikTok videos and Instagram Reels to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with marketing objectives and social media trends.

**Website Content & Maintenance**
- Maintain, update, and enhance company websites for Visioncar, FGE Industry, and Green Nomad including content, design, layout, templates, and user experience.
- Regularly review websites to ensure functionality, performance, and up-to-date information.

**Digital Campaign & Marketing Strategy**
- Develop, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and sales growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements for better ROI.

**E-Commerce & Marketplace Management**
- Manage and update product listings, promotional materials, and copywriting on Shopee and Lazada Seller Center.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, attractive visuals, and optimized postings for higher conversions.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
