Boutique Supervisor

As a **Perfume Boutique Supervisor**, you will be a key player in creating a memorable customer experience and ensuring that all store operations are seamless. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fragrances, enjoys working with people, and is ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic retail environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- To maintain daily operations in a retail perfume boutique.
- To oversee inventory control and ensure stock levels are accurately maintaineD.
- To maintain operation of the perfume.
- To build, train and lead a strong team and welcoming environment.

**Job Requirement**:

- Female, Single/Married
- Must have own transport to commute to work (required)
- Minimum SPM or STPM, with a diploma or higher qualification in business, retail management, or a related field being a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, with a focus on customer service or sales, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or perfume industry. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a retail setting is an advantage
- A positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both spoken and written).
- A person with a cheerful personality and attractive appearance
- Interested in fragrances and willing to learn about the world of perfumes
- Possesses good communication skills, punctual, able to accept instructions, adhere to rules and regulations, and able to perform tasks outside the assigned role when required.

**Working Days & Hours (shifts)**
- 6 days/Week
- 1 Off-Day

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
