To perform maintenance and repair, overhaul and service, calibration, test and commission of equipment, including the principles of operation of equipment used for generation, transmission, distribution, utilization, protection and metering in electrical installations and energy efficiency management

**Working at NTT**

In this position you will be required to:

- To conduct Data Center facility operation training and briefing
- Involved in Data Center design, strategies and planning
- To monitor and cross check Data Center facilities operation
- To manage Data Center facility project (Technical PM)
- Incident root cause analysis and solution
- Verification and execution of maintenance plan
- Data Center house rule and policy enforcement
- To allocate / assign L1 task to FA, Level 1 and vendor for DC Facilities and Infra related work
- Data center Power, Cooling, ELV and Network Infrastructure capacity management
- Official report preparation and management
- To support Data Centre & Energy/Electrical Commission related audit/compliance (ISO27001:2013, PCIDSS, TIA942, GBI, LEED, TVRA, QMS, SOC1, HIPAA, ISO20K, REEM )
- To evaluate Data Center services quality
- To maintain, monitor and cross check with FA / Level 1 to ensure Data Center uptime, compliance and customer SLA are met
- To support Kaizen activity
- To manage monitoring system effectiveness
- Vendor, cleaner, security, management planning
- Subject Matter Expert in respective Data Center services
- Data Center project and expansion planning and execution
- Vendor management
