- Summary

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the work to prepare, draft and establish related data quality context in identified policy, guideline and any relevant document at the enterprise level.
Support the continuous improvement of data quality initiatives by identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate data quality control measures across the organization.
Coordinate engagement work with relevant stakeholders and business units on solving data quality issues, align data quality initiatives with business goals, understanding data issue root causes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Monitor and report on data governance metrics, providing insights to senior management regarding data quality performance, risk mitigation, and areas of improvement.
Assist in preparing data quality dashboards and provide actionable insights to the management team.
Assist the operational of Data Cleansing Tool (DCT) i.e monitor, track and update, coordinate and communicate with BU on identified error, gaps and action
Assist Data Governance Department’s awareness session related to data quality part if required.
Any other related duties as instructed by the superior or Head of Division from time to time.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Years of Experience
3 or more years of experience in any of the required disciplines: Data quality, Data management, Data Analytics or a related field.
Specific Skills/ Knowledge and Certification Required
Good English report writing and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with familiarity with Data Warehouse, ETL processes and Business Intelligence
Strong knowledge of SQL and data query languages.
Ability to perform complex data analysis and provide actionable insights based on findings.
Strong oral and written communication skills are required both in Bahasa Melayu and English, as well as the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large, complex datasets.
High result oriented and can work independently.
Adaptable and eager to stay current with emerging trends in data quality and data management.
Data Management or Data Quality-related certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)) are a plus.
