**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to coordinate for the company’s annual festive and non festive décor concept & set up on site
- To provide idea for festive & non-festive decor concept
- To achieve the key objective of the festive & non-festive concept plan. For instance: To create Raya festive visit mood of IOI Mall, Kulai
- To study and understanding market trends & competitors directions and ensure the festive and non-festive décor concept plan are abreast to market needs and change.
- To coordinate and execute on set up & dismantle with contractor and team
- To liaise or coordinate with contractor in the production of decor & marketing collaterals in support of mall marketing
- To coordinate inter department liaison towards implementation of events & promotions set up
- To ensure the smooth set up / dismantling of events & promotions
- To ensure all work permit and event order form is well receive upon set up / dismantling of events & promotions

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Merchandising or equivalent.
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment.
- Self-discipline and contributed to team work.
- Initiative, persistence, creativity and inspire people.
- Good communication (written and oral) & interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Willing to work at Kulai.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
